At Sistaco™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Mineral Bond experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via our portal or email with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Sistaco™ packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship to Sistaco

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned beauty products, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
